We are looking for the right candidate to join our Property Operations Maintenance Team as a Porter to assist the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor with maintaining the physical condition of the community.
Responsibilities:
The Porter (Maintenance Technician I) will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the community according to AvalonBay's operating and safety standards and ensuring that all service requests and repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner. He or she will help to ensure that the leasing office, model apartments and clubhouses as well as common interior areas of the community remain in a neat, clean and attractive condition.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should have one or more years of experience in apartment maintenance or related field.
