Registered Dental Assistant (Part-time/Full-time) Location:

The right teammate will be an experienced Registered Dental Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of chairside experience, available either full-time or part-time, and wanting a long term position.
Responsibilities:
Chairside Assistance:
Provide chairside assistance to our experienced dentists for various dental procedures, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of treatments.
Patient Care:
Provide the BEST patient experience for all patients and ensure their well-being during all procedures and visits.
Sterilization and Infection Control:
Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols, sterilize dental instruments, and keep the treatment area clean and organized.
Radiography:
Take and process dental X-rays as required, following safety guidelines and ensuring high-quality images.
Dental Records:
Accurately record patient information, treatment plans, and other relevant data in electronic dental records.
Assisting with Procedures:
Assist the dentist during various dental treatments, including but not limited to restorative, endodontic, periodontal, and oral surgery procedures.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with other dental professionals, hygienists, and office staff to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment.
Coachable:
Open to learning the most advanced methods and procedures for providing the BEST dental care for all of our patients.
Requirements:
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Certification:
Must possess a valid RDA certification in the state of California.
Minimum 3 Years of Chairside
Experience:
Applicants should have at least three years of hands-on experience assisting dentists in various dental procedures.
Exceptional Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Team Player:
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere.
Professionalism:
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times and adhere to the highest ethical standards of dental practice.
X-ray Certification:
Possess a current X-ray certification, ensuring proficiency in capturing dental radiographs.
Knowledge of Dental Software:
Familiarity with Dentrix software is preferred.
We also utilize Dental Intelligence & Modento (patient communications).
Attention to Detail:
Display strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in patient records and treatment procedures.
