The Administrative Assistant will support our fast growing medical staffing division, located in Lake Forest.

Responsibilities:
Communicate daily with internal team to provide updates on current and in-process employees.
Begin compliance process for all new hires including processing background checks, setting up drug screens, and health requirements specific to client.
Send out new hire, updated documents and compliance paperwork and follow through to completion assisting where requested.
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to address them.
Provide training to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
Monitor and track regulatory changes that may impact the company's operations.
Investigate and respond to compliance-related incidents, including potential violations or breaches of company policies.
Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and prepare reports for management as needed.
Communicate with external regulatory bodies, regularly including employees and customers.
Provide guidance and support to other departments as needed to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to compliance.
Requirements MUST have AA or Bachelor's degree MUST have at least 1 year experience in an office setting Meticulous and detail oriented mindset Ability to accurately attend to multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to politely yet firmly inform others of written and data inaccuracies Innate aptitude for problem solving Ability to work both quickly and accurately Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement What We Offer:
